This is a made-to-order product. Production time is approximately 4 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e What are piano scraps? \u003cbr\u003eThese are leftover pieces from the manufacturing process of Yamaha grand pianos. Piano manufacturing requires a total drying period of approximately 8 years, involving natural drying, artificial drying, and aging of carefully selected, high-quality wood. By lowering the moisture content of the wood and maintaining a stable moisture level, the material becomes resistant to environmental changes. These leftover pieces are used to create frames, which are then coated with lacquer and decorated with chinkin (gold inlay).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e [Delivery] We will arrange for a piano delivery company to remove and pick up the wooden clappers from the piano. We will then transport them to the Echizen Lacquerware Workshop, where production will begin. After production is complete, we will deliver them to the piano via the same piano delivery company and install them there.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp\u003e[Other] This design can also be applied to other parts of the piano. For upright pianos, it can be applied to the upper front panel, lower front panel, inside of the keyboard lid, and clappers.
